The customer about the experience with Trintech B.V.
However, after 15 years of loyal service, I had to conclude on 2 November that our Hoogendoorn Economic climate computer had really reached his end of life. What now?
I immediately contacted Trintech B.V. and the same evening came into conversation with senior service technician Alex van Dam. He would do his very best to come the same week to see what could be saved. We also discussed possible other solutions together and Alex would get in touch with Hoogendoorn. On Friday of that week, Alex submitted a quote from Hoogendoorn and looked at the Hoogendoorn Economic climate computer. The conclusion was clear. If possible, opt for a new control unit because the old one had done more than its job and probably wouldn’t last long after repair.
I shared this information with the school management on Friday evening and because of my haste, I got the green light on Sunday evening to have a new installation installed. Of course, I immediately shared this with Alex on Monday. That Monday, November 9, we were busy finalizing the formalities. Order confirmations etc. Also made the request to arrange everything as soon as possible.
It turned out Trintech B.V. was capable of this!! Wednesday morning phone call from Alex, I’m on my way. At 3 p.m. the entire installation was ready! Unfortunately received an error message on the app in the evening, but again Trintech B.V. stepped up. Thursday morning, we welcomed Alex again with coffee and he solved the problem in the morning. Kudos to Trintech B.V.! Especially Alex van Dam and Albert van Dam (managing director) thank you very much for your prompt action. In 1 ½ week time from problem to solution. With the customer-friendly support from you, I assume that we can again make reliable use of the Hoogendoorn iSii for a long period of time.
