Which personal data do we process?
Trintech B.V. processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you have provided them to us yourself.
We process the following personal data:
– First name and surname
– Telephone number
– E-mail address
Which special and/or personal data do we process?
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting information about website visitors under the age of 16, unless with the express permission of a parent or guardian. However, we cannot check whether visitors are over the age of 16, so we encourage parents to monitor their children’s online activities in order to prevent their data being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data belonging to a minor without parental consent, please contact us at administratie@trintech.nl and we will delete said data.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
Trintech B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary in order to provide our services
Automated decision-making
Trintech B.V. does not take decisions on matters that may have (considerable) consequences for individuals on the basis of automated processing. This includes decisions that are made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (e.g. by an employee of Trintech B.V.).
How long do we retain personal data?
Trintech B.V. does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data were collected. The following retention periods apply for these categories:
Application letters and correspondence will be retained for a maximum of one year after the completion of the application process.
Business documents, such as annual accounts, profit & loss accounts and invoices for VAT purposes are retained for seven years.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Trintech B.V. will not sell your data to third parties and will only share them if this is necessary in the context of our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into processor agreements with any companies processing your data on our behalf to ensure that your data are secured and kept confidential. Trintech B.V. remains responsible for these processing operations.

Trintech B.V. uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit our website. Trintech B.V. uses purely technical cookies, which ensure that the website works properly and that your preferred settings are remembered, for instance. Viewing, modifying or deleting data

This means that you can submit a request to us to send your personal data to you or another organisation specified by you in a digital file.
Please send any request for inspection, correction, deletion or data transfer, as well as any request to withdraw your consent and objection to the processing of personal data to administratie@trintech.nl.
To verify your identity, we ask that you enclose a copy of a valid identity document with the request. In this copy, please cross out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the numbers at the bottom of the document), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN) in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in all cases within four weeks.

Trintech B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
